CLICK HERE: NEW GREAT CHEFS OF AUSTRALIA BOOK - ON THE WAY....Ex 5 star chef now a chef-recruitment & culinary consultant: James Mussak, Author of “Great Chefs of Australia” is compiling another "Great Chefs of Australia" book, this time with the theme: cooking with wine, beer and spirits. His semi-commercial book has been recognised by the Australian Government (Austrade) as one of an important to Australia publication, promoting and showing the multi-cultural aspect of the Australian culinary arts. Because of his first book, James has been invited to give several speeches and lectures on this topic, and was asked to organise the Australian Food Festival at the
Star City Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo.
His second book is nearly complete with over 80 leading Australian sponsors and 120 of Australia's top culinary artists/chefs who participate and provide a “Signature Dish”. We are looking for another few Hotel / Restaurant / Club Chefs who like to participate in the “Great Chefs of Australia” book.
The entry is absolutely free. All is required; 2 pictures, the recipe and some information (like a mini resume) of the participants. For more information visit:www.greatchefsofaustralia.com
Although not a requirement, the hotel / restaurant with the participating chef can also participate and have a full page A4 advertisement for a minimal outlay and as an extra bonus all participants will receive a box of free books at the value of $850.
